It is beautiful to see what such a wonderful machine is capable of. However, to fully exploit the actual potential, the service of Weber Laserservice also focuses on the serving personnel. We train them to become true experts in their Bystronic or BLM Adige machine.
In a specially equipped training room in our office in Heteren, or at the customer’s site, we let the employees get to know the world of machine operation, cutting technology, locating cutting problems and working with the programming software. We find it important to share our knowledge about the machines with our customers so that they can make the best use of the range of possibilities that is provided with the laser-cutting machine.
On the basis of courses at different levels, we show how the machines should be used in order to get the most out of it. We teach planners to understand the software and operators to operate the machine. This
results in a close cooperation between our helpdesk and the operators on location. Thanks to their education they got to know the machine well after which they can then identify the symptoms of the machine. Therefore, any problems, ranging from control questions to technical malfunctions, often can be solved by phone – and therefore simple and quick! Education is thus a part of a stable partnership, in
which we realize the situation together in order to get the most out of the machine.
